A third of the way

Janathon Day 10 so we're a third of the way through!  The vagaries of shift work mean it was another early run today, out on my usual route with little but the silhouettes of the Black Mountain to see and the smell of toast wafting from the houses as I ran.  My pace was slow this morning, more by necessity than choice it has to be said as it felt I was going faster however it was a late finish last night so that probably explains my slothfullness!

Good news though - it appears I have won a place in Carmarthen's Merlin Half-Marathon in April.  I hadn't planned to do any half's this year, thinking my injury recovery would be better served by sticking to 10k's at the most but already I'm looking forward to it.

Day 10 stats...

Distance : 3.25 miles
Time : 35:02
Music : Pink Floyd - Animals (if there is any overlooked gem in the Floyd discography it's this one - superb album in the shadows of those that preceeded and followed it)
