Partly on a new route

It's not quite open officially to the public yet but judging by the number of footprints, paw prints and bicycle tracks in the snow I wasn't the first today to make use of the new cycle route that links Glanaman to Brynamman. It offered me the opportunity to run a good half of today's 4 and a bit mile run without having to worry about traffic which meant the headphones could go back on.

Again, there weren't too many people about and the scenery looked suitably wintery.  Other than that not too much to report really other than total mileage for #Janathon is up to 74 miles now after today's run.

Day 19 stats ;

Distance : 4.29 miles
Time : 41:59
Music : Hot Tuna - America's Choice (1975)
